Growing up it was all the rage to wear a giant sweatshirt and stretchy pants to school. I can assure you, I have never been that girl until now and not including the whole school thing. However, this is literally the only sweatshirt I would wear. A beautifully designed cloaked hood, backless (show off all my tattoos) type of sweatshirt. Naturally, I wore it during our trip through the graveyard, a regular activity for a WanderLust Girl. (Stay tuned for our upcoming post about the music video we just shot set in an old graveyard in Tennessee.)
I am mildly (and by mildly I mean totally) obsessed with this Nashville based brand Madness Is. It is always difficult to find something that fits our edgy style. Especially finding it difficult down South (everyone is so happy and way less emo here compared to the North East.) Needless to say, Madness Is had our backs… or shall I say they had our backless. Okay, too cheesy. You guys need to stop me before I write these dumb things.
I also called these old SixtySeven boots back into action! They have gotten a lot of wear and tear over the years. So, I decided to bring them to the cobbler. I highly suggest this to anyone who loves a pair of shoes and can see them getting close to their expiration date. These boots remind me of my smudge pot eye make up days and even edgier style. Is it time to get back to the real rock n’ roll WanderLust Girls style? I think so! (Insert Devil or skull n’ cross bones emoji.)
Abigail is also wearing a Madness Is one sleeved top, and our other current brand crush, Style Mafia. Thank you to our bestie Kim Mesches for bringing this brand to our attention. Some serious statement pieces at affordable prices.
P.S. We will be hosting quite a few holiday giveaways on our Instagram story over the next month, so make sure you follow @WanderLustGirls on Instagram and check in daily for our amazing gifts!
