“If you build it, they will come.”
How could we not quote Field of Dreams when emerging from a cornfield. For those who don’t know, we are currently in the middle of a HUGE move. We left New York City, and in just a couple weeks make our way down to Nashville. In the meantime, we are soaking up our roots… Massachusetts. We used to come to Hanson’s Farm all the time as kids. Picking blackberries in the Summer, and being scared shitless in their haunted house in the Fall. We decided 20 years later to get dressed in our favorite Fall garb and lurk in the corn stalks… creepy, huh?
We just picked up these black vinyl dreams (aka skirt and pants) at H&M on Newbury Street. Minimal ready-to-wear has us bored to tears lately, so we’re on the hunt for more unusual materials. Our mixing of black and white prints is an ode to one of our favorite Directors, Tim Burton. It’s the style that makes us feel like Halloween should be all year long. Speaking of Halloween all year long, we’re off to our favorite stomping grounds this weekend… Salem! Any Hocus Pocus fans??
Shout out to Hanson’s Farm for the memories, and for our first pumpkins of the season!
