This past weekend was my niece’s 1st birthday! I hopped on a plane to Scottsdale, Arizona for the unicorn themed festivities. In conclusion… I ate way too much cake and probably a lot of glitter too! I happen to be her *fairy* Godmother as well, and I’m pretty sure that glitter is a main food group for fairies. So, I’m okay with it. Anyways, enough about glitter (although, let’s be honest. You can never have too much glitter talk.)
I grew up fixing up antique cars with my brother and dad. Most people don’t know this, but if I wasn’t a blogger I wanted to have an antique car/motorcycle autobody shop. You can see hints of it in my closet (i.e. 10 jumpsuits.) This car is still a work in progress, but it is one of my dream cars. A 1969 Chevelle SS. That car is hot, right?! My brother keeps it out in Arizona, but we go crusin’ (and by cruisin’ I mean gunnin’ it and burnin’ rubber) when I visit.
I happen to be wearing my new emerald green jumpsuit from BCBG to the baptism, so I had to pull over and snap a couple pics with this beautiful machine that matched me perfectly. It needs a paint job, but we’ll get there. If you were wondering, no we did not break down. It runs just fine. I just thought I would look cooler if the hood was up. I think we can all agree that I do 🙂
