Henn na Hotel Is A Cozy Hideaway in Manhattan

Updated: Nov 15, 2023

Midtown Manhattan is two things... it's hectic and it's convenient. The convenience is oh-so-tempting for staying in the heart of the city, but you have to find a place that takes you away from the hustle and bustle. We were lucky to discover Henn na Hotel on 35th between 7th and 8th. This boutique hotel is set back a bit from the street with a covered entrance and a very surprising dinosaur greeting guests in the lobby! The prehistoric entertainment is fun, but truly noteworthy were the lovely staff that operated the front desk during our stay. Their calming and pleasant attitudes made coming in and out a real joy.

The rooms are minimalist but polished, and most importantly the beds are plush and cozy. The bathroom was an impressive size, including the tub, which was stocked with iconic New York brand C.O. Bigelow bath and body products. We got lucky with a suite that had a giant balcony! Our suite also came equipped with an LG Styler Closet (pictured above) which is a sleek clothing steamer - perfect for a business traveler OR a stylish traveler. Back downstairs, we even got to enjoy some sushi and saké in their almost speakeasy-style restaurant Gosuke hidden in the back of the building. Again, more lovely employees!

If you're looking to stay in the center of it all, and want a small boutique experience, consider Henn Na Hotel!
