Let me first just say that in the photo above, those were the outfits we showed up to Canadian Wilderness Adventures in for snowmobiling. Literally everyone in Whistler laughed at us. I guess we had no idea just how rugged this adventure was going to be! To be fair, we don't own snow pants or waterproof jackets. Not a whole lot of winter sports in New York City. Needless to say the fellas of Canadian Wilderness Adventures outfitted us in much more weather appropriate gear, and we were ready to hit the trail.
I don't mean to brag, but we're pretty much pro snowmobilers now. Thank you to our lovely Irish tour guide for putting up with our shenanigans, and for encouraging me to take on a pretty steep hill. We had so much fun whipping around the frozen lake, and literally couldn't believe the views once we reached the top of the trail. Not even the rain could stop our feeling of pure bliss.
